Before being called to serve at the Mayer Brown Chicago law office, Dan A. Fleckman extended his services as the chief legal officer, executive vice president, as well as the secretary, of Regency Energy Partners. Prior to joining Regency Energy Partners in May of 2008, Dan A. Fleckman served as a partner in Vinson and Elkins’ corporate/ securities section in Houston. In that position, Dan A. Fleckman focused on representing issuers, sponsors, and underwriters in a number of public offerings that were related to MLPS and other energy companies. Dan A. Fleckman also represented a number of important clients in several mergers and acquisitions. In addition to this, Dan A. Fleckman also has 30 years worth of law practice experience up his sleeve.
