Some of the most prosperous Yoga teachers, I know, cope with mistakes as a part of the learning process.
They turn all their defeats into learning experiences. This is amazingly strong when you think about the price of learning anything valuable. Of course, what did you spend on your education, so far? Did you think that you would stop learning at a certain point in life? Did you learn from history mistakes? Naturally you probably did, and now you are stronger thanks to the correcting adjustments, you made. When a kid learns to ride a cycle, there are a good deal of falls on the way, and then the falling stops. Nonetheless even skilled adults fall off cycles, often. Therefore don’t take past screw ups personally. Put them behind you and learn from each one. Just like them, you aren’t a failure, but you can have failed during the past, just like they did.
