Despite the fact that the Property Index service is still a fairly young establishment, (they were founded only in March 2007), they were swift to achieve expert status. They are actually a very incomplex establishment devoted to offering guidance to any person dedicated to rent, buy, sell etc. property in a wide selection of areas across the globe. Their agreement: to be of help to you to light on dead-on what you crave for very swiftly and, as well, without hassle.
Property is in the most popular regions of the world now, arguably the fanciest area being property available in Italy. It’s no effort to pinpoint all the great real estate you can purchase in Italy, the explanation for picking estate here is the houses and apartments on the market and the marvelous chance to live together with such a brisk and optimistic populace.
It is one of the most fashionable countries now, and considering the overall attractiveness and agreeable climate surrounding you here, how could you go wrong. Property in Italy is very rich in history, culture and art, this part of the world has always been home to a number of nations.
Only twenty years ago there was a mere trickle of English people who are looking for real estate in Italy. Ask any one person who has chosen to relocate to Italy and they are certain to back it up. Plenty of people would are tagging it a transient rage and others are tagging it a more or less an addiction. People interested in repairing here range from young urban couples looking for some new challenge to retired people planning to enjoy their retirement.
Note that you may encounter some issues when acquiring real estate in a foreign market: as is to be expected, there will be hundreds of different steps when organizing, calling in or signing up. Even if one single minor step is missed that is sure to well create broad issues plus, even more important, loss of money.
Naturally, as is to be expected with this well-liked location, real estate may be dear in this area which is, of course, solely due to the increasing demand. In spite of this the client is truly spoiled in such a location full of sunny vista. It indeed has the whole thing just about anyone might yearn for and then some.
There are a range of properties in Italy for sale on Property Index, from villas to apartments.

(excerpted from The Challenge to Succeed audio series)
It is a challenge to succeed. If it were not, I’m sure more people would be successful, but for every person who is enjoying the fruit from the tree of success, many more are examining the roots. They are trying to figure it all out. They are mystified and perplexed by what seems to be some strange, complex and elusive secret that must be found if ever success is to be enjoyed.
While most people spend most of their lives struggling to earn a living, a much smaller number seem to have everything going their way. Instead of just earning a living, the smaller group is busily engaged in designing and enjoying a fortune. Everything just seems to work out for them. While the much larger group sits in awe at how life can be so unfair, complicated and unjust.
“I am a nice person,” the man says to himself. “How come this other guy is happy and prosperous, and I’m always struggling?” He asks himself, “I am a good husband, a good father and a good worker. How come nothing seems to work out for me? Life just isn’t fair. I’m even smarter and willing to work harder than some of these other people who just seem to have everything going their way,” he says as he slumps into the sofa to watch another evening of television. But you see you’ve got to be more than a good person and a good worker.
You’ve got to become a good planner, and a good dreamer. You’ve got to see the future finished in advance. You’ve got to put in the long hours and put up with the setbacks and the disappointments. You’ve got to learn to enjoy the process of disciplines and of putting yourself through the paces of doing the uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable. You’ve got to be prepared and willing to attack the challenges if you want the success because challenges are part of success. Now that may sound like a full menu of activities, but let me assure you that the process of going from average to fortune isn’t really all that difficult.
Thinking about it is the difficult part. Anticipating all the effort and the changes and the disciplines is far worse in the mind than in reality. I can promise you that the challenges you’ll meet on the road to success are far less difficult to deal with than the struggles and the disappointments that come from being average. Confronting and overcoming challenges is an exhilarating experience. It does something to feed the soul and the mind. It makes you more than you were before. It strengthens the mental muscles and enables you to become better prepared for the next challenge.
I’ve often said that to have more, we must first become more, and to become more, we must begin the process of working harder on ourselves than we do on anything else. But in addition to gathering new knowledge, new skills and new experiences; it is also important to discover new emotions. It is how we feel about what we know that makes the biggest difference in how our lives turn out. How we feel about the chances we have and the choices we have determines the intensity of our effort. Whether we try or don’t try. Join or don’t join. Believe or don’t believe.
I’d like for you to discover some strong feelings about your life and about what you want to do with that life. You probably have much of the knowledge and a lot of the experience and perhaps most of the skills that it takes to become successful. What you may be lacking in are the strong feelings about what you want and what you want to do. You may be one of those who have become so involved in the process of earning a living that you’ve forgotten about the choices and the chances you have for designing your own life.
Let these strong feelings help you take a second look at your life and where you’re headed. After all, you’ve only got one life, at least on this planet. So why not make it an adventure in achievement? Why not discover what all you can do and what all you can have? Why not discover how many others you can help and in the process how that can help you?
Why not now take the Challenge to Succeed!
To Your Success,

Back problems and chronic back pain is one of the most common
problems in America today. It is the second most common medical
complaint. Over 60% of all Americans have experienced back pain.
The toll is immense.
Yet few sufferers or their doctors look for the deeper cause of
back problems. Most are simply treating the symptoms without
ever investigating the emotional causes of back problems and
pain.
It is becoming a more accepted way of thought that many physical
problems with the body human have a root connection to the
emotions. Thought and belief can affect you in a physical way!
Dr. Andrew Weil of the University Of Arizona is becoming famous
with his approach to treating the whole being instead of just
the body, or just symptomatically trying to eliminate
diseasements.
>From an emotional standpoint, the main issue that affects our
backs in an adverse way is the feeling that one has no support
in life. Feeling as if you have no one supporting you
emotionally is the leading emotional tie to a back problem. This
feeling may be left over from childhood and have no basis in
reality as an adult, but the seeds of this have been sown and
need to be dealt with.
Looking deep within, and then dragging this feeling to the
surface is the best approach. Is it left from your childhood or
adolescence? Is it true of your life today?
If this emotion is left from your childhood and has nothing to
do with your current relationships, then it is time to release
this and let it go. You can write down how you feel about the
ways in which you were treated, and then burn them to release
them. You can seek some therapy, or try coaching for help. You
might even need to actually confront the people that left you
feeling as if you never were supported as a child.
If it is true of your current relationships, then it may be time
to take honest stock of them and make some changes. It may be
that low self-esteem has caused you to seek out and establish
relationships with “takers” who never seem to give back. Again,
you might need some therapy or coaching to get past this
problem. Perhaps just seeing it for what it really is will give
you the strength to change your relationships.
Affirmations can help as well. Some good ones to say are: “I am
supportive of myself.” “I am supporting myself.” “I am
surrounded by supportive people, and have all the support that I
need in life.” “I am standing up for myself.” “I am standing
upright for myself.” “I am moving forward in my life, surrounded
by supportive people and pain-free.”
Eliminating stress from your life is essential to good back
health. Stress contributes tremendously to tight muscles, a
constant adrenaline rush of “fight or flight” and feelings of
helplessness. Look around and do what you can to cut the
stressors in your life. Give up the feeling that you must be
super-human and that you have to control everything!
For pain relief, try this: put an ice cube on a plate. Find a
comfortable, quiet place to sit, relax and just watch the ice
cube melt. As it melts, say to yourself that the pain is melting
away along with the ice. All stress, pain, fear and worry are
just melting away.
Be aware that you are all the support that you really need in
your life. You are more than capable of being supportive of
yourself if you will only allow yourself to be.
No matter how debilitating your back problems are, if you will
work on this, it will help if you can be open to the possibility
that it will. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain
with the attempt.
Please, feel free to email me and let me know if this helped you
or if it did not! sibyl@www.circle-of-grace.com

“I’m stressed out.”
If you find yourself thinking–or saying–this to yourself on a regular basis, you might have a real problem on your hands. Job and career related stress has been on the rise in recent years, as occupations become more complex, and workers are taking on more and more responsibility. In fact, workplace stress is now considered an occupational illness. Many employees undergo stress as a normal part of their jobs, but some experience it more severely than others, to the point that they need time away from work.
According to a survey by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, extreme occupational stress is classified as a “neurotic reaction to stress.” There were more than 3,500 such illness cases reported in 2003. The median absence from work for these cases was 23 days, more than four times the level of all nonfatal occupational injuries and illnesses. And more than two-fifths of the cases resulted in 31 or more lost workdays, compared to one-fifth for all injury and illness cases.
Not surprisingly, the level of workplace stress seems to be tied directly to the worker’s occupation. In fact, just four industries accounted for the bulk of occupational stress cases: Services (35 percent), manufacturing (21 percent), retail trade (14 percent), and finance, insurance, and real estate (12 percent).
In general, white-collar occupations had a higher proportion of stress cases than both blue-collar and service occupations combined. Managerial and professional occupations, with 16 percent of the cases, and technical, sales, and administrative support occupations with 48 percent, had the highest proportions of occupational stress cases.
And there appears to be a correlation between stress and a worker’s sex. For each stress-related illness involving a female, two cases involved a male.
If you’re stressed out, you need to look at ways to reduce that stress before it has a negative effect on your health. High levels of stress, over time, can lead to sleeping disorders, high blood pressure, and other physical problems.
If you think your work environment is too stressful, bring the subject up with your boss or employer. See if there isn’t some way of reducing your workload, or taking away a few responsibilities so that you don’t feel overwhelmed on the job. If you feel yourself getting stressed out at work, try relaxing and breathing slowly and deeply for a few minutes and see if this doesn’t calm you down.
Away from work, exercise is a great stress reducer. For many people, a brisk walk in the evening is enough to unwind them after a tough day on the job. I’ve found that yoga works wonders for me after a tense work day. After a half an hour doing yoga poses and breathing exercises, I feel refreshed, and I sleep much better at night. Other people relax by playing sports, or socializing with friends,or playing with their kids.
No matter how you relieve stress, just do it. You’ll feel a lot better, both physically and mentally. And if you can’t find a way to manage your stress levels at work, you might need to think about finding another job.

If you ever reflect on the impact that your life history has on you I think you will find the following:
1. It is intrusive and distracting.
2. It creates a state of tiredness or energy depletion.
3. It creates feelings of regret, sadness and disappointment.
4. It creates feelings of low self worth, low self esteem, and low self confidence.
5. It contributes to a low self image.
6. It contributes to fears of future uncertainty.
7. It creates feelings of self doubt.
8. It comes with a great deal of emotional pain.
9. It creates feelings of guilt.
10. It contributes to a fear of moving forward in one’s life.
And so on.
Yet, having said all of this, don’t you still cling to it as a reflection of who you “think” you are?
Don’t you identify with it and assume that this life history of yours is what makes up what you call your personality?
Don’t you fear that losing any part of it will make you feel like you might go crazy?
Don’t you avoid any efforts to let it go once and for all?
Well most people would answer yes to all of those questions.
I would like to highlight something here however that you take for granted but likely have never seen in this light. What is that you ask?
Well the very fact that your so called life history is depleting you of energy means that it is killing you. That is because it is your Life Force Energy that is being depleted at each moment that your harbor this history inside you.
It is possible to begin to release this toxic (i.e. by toxic I am referring the fact that it is killing you) material from within you at every level.
You see we have entered a new era in human history. That era is the era in which we are able to extricate ourselves from it (history that is).
This is not only going to empower those who choose this journey it is also going to shift the entire planetary consciousness in a positive direction.
